Prices & GST

• All prices are in AUD and shown excluding GST.
• GST is added where applicable and itemised on every invoice.
• Annual billing saves 20% versus monthly.

Plans & seats

• Stable, Yard and Livery — pay for seats and sites, never for stock movements.
• Additional seats are charged per the plan (Yard $15/mo, Livery $12/mo each).
• Caps are soft — they never block your records.

Trial & payment

• A 7-day free trial with no card required.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Invoices and receipts are sent to your accounts email (set it in Settings → Company details).
• Founding Fifty: the first fifty organisations receive 30% off any plan for twelve months, applied automatically at checkout.

Cancellation & refunds

Cancel any time from Settings → Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the current period. You can export all of your records free, forever. For billing questions, email hello@ostler.io.
