Terms of the yard

These terms govern your use of Ostler, operated by Empreus. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.

Your account

You’re responsible for your account, your team’s access, and keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate company details and use Ostler lawfully.

Subscriptions & trial

• New organisations get a 7-day free trial with no card required.
• After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan (Stable, Yard or Livery).
• Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance; see GST & billing.
• Plan limits are soft — we’ll never block your records; we may contact you about your plan.
• You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Your data

Your business data is yours. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. You can export it at any time, free.

Availability & liability

We work to keep Ostler available and reliable but provide it “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified, and continued use means acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
